Order terms

Returns and Refunds

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or faulty we will offer a replacement item (where available) or a full refund, but the item MUST be returned first to the address stated below.

If, when you receive your order,you change your mind, please let us know within 7 days of receipt (an email will suffice) and return the goods to us in their original condition within 2 weeks and we will refund the cost of the item(s). The goods must be returned before the expiry of this period to:

Please note that the telesales law forbids the return of certain goods.

The guarantee is given in accordance with legal requirements. Any additional guarantee statements are contained in the product descriptions.
